I'm a simple man-- I go to La Fonda Latina, I order the "Arroz Con Pollo," and I rate the restaurant 5-stars on Yelp. This menu item is a top-10 meal I've ever had in Atlanta. It has a whole half of perfectly seasoned chicken surrounded by rice, onions, herbs, and everything good they have to offer in Latin America.
